Policy

Here at Noble Detail, we strive to have the best detailing service in British Columbia. In order to keep that great service you love we do ask all our clients to adhere to our policy. All personal items, valuables and child seats need to be removed from the vehicle regardless of the service being performed. If we are picking up and dropping off your vehicle we do ask that ONLY the vehicle registration remains in the vehicle. Upon arrival we will do a walk around of your vehicle’s interior and exterior with the client regardless of if the vehicle is being picked up or being detailed at the client’s location. We will check for any scratches, dents, tears, curb rashing, warning lights on dash any cosmetic damage done prior to us receiving/working on the vehicle. If a personal item, valuable is left in the vehicle, we will remove the item and place it back in the vehicle where it was found with exception of child seat(s) which we will place in the trunk of the car for the owner to re-install. Once the vehicle is detailed and in the client’s possession we will do another walk around with the client ensuring no further damage was done.

If any damage is done by our team, we will call the client immediately and pause the detail, the client will make a decision if the detail will resume with the damage. Due to BC’s no fault insurance system, any damage will go through the owners insurance. For more information please call us.

Vehicles will only be driven by our certified, licensed and insured team and no one else. All vehicles will be driven at or below speed limit and adhere to all traffic/safety laws and street signs. All vehicles will return no more than the miles it takes us to get to our location and the fuel level will correspond to the distance travelled. All vehicles MUST have valid license plates AND registration for pick up and drop off service. If any vehicle is not meeting these 2 requirements we WILL NOT be able to offer pick up and drop off. All vehicles will be ON CONDITION, meaning our team will give you an ESTIMATED price not seeing the vehicle and once the vehicle is seen in person by one of our team members they have the authority to raise the price and add an excessive cleaning fee or oversized vehicle charge depending on the vehicle’s condition based on our team’s certified and professional opinion. The team member has the authority to recommend an ADD ON or service however team members need the clients permission to perform the new ADD ON or service. If the client declines all suggested ADD ONS or services, the client realizes vehicle may not be 100% clean since all our services do not come with everything the client may need but does not want. If the vehicle is a pick up and drop off, the team member will call the client with any suggested services and ADD ONS. if client declines, the team member will ONLY perform what the client is paying for and nothing more.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED VALUABLES, PERSONAL ITEMS AND CHILD SEATS ONCE WE LEAVE THE DETAILING LOCATION AND THE VEHICLE IS IN THE OWNER’S POSSESSION. CHILD SEATS WILL NOT BE BUCKLED IN AND THE OWNER/OPERATOR OF THE VEHICLE BARES RESPONSIBLITY FOR RE-INSTALLING CHILD RESTRAINTS.
